Roofing, Siding & Windows in Oakville, MO

Oakville is one of the biggest neighborhoods in South County, and our crews are already working in it. Call us for a leak, a worn-out exterior or storm damage and we’ll come take a look.

Exterior Work Built for Oakville Homes

Oakville is mostly established neighborhoods with big, mature trees. Trees are great for shade, but they hold moisture against siding, drop debris on roofs and clog gutters. Our Oakville jobs show it: a two-story home with dark, weathered wood siding that we re-sided in fresh vinyl, a brick ranch that got a new roof and windows, and a ranch that got new siding, shingles and windows all at once.

A lot of Oakville homeowners do more than one part of the exterior in the same project. When the roof, siding and windows are all showing their age, doing them together means one crew, one schedule and one set of colors that actually match. We’ll walk the house with you and price each piece separately so you can decide what to do now and what can wait.

Recent Work in Oakville

A look at recent roofing, siding and window projects for Oakville homeowners.

New Roof, Windows & Fresh Trim on a Brick Ranch

This brick ranch with arched windows got a new roof, new windows and crisp white trim around every opening. The deep blue-gray siding and white trim give the house a clean, finished look from the street.

Dark Wood Siding Replaced with New Vinyl

The old stained wood siding on this two-story home was weathered and worn. We took it off, wrapped the house and installed new vinyl siding in a warm taupe, with new windows to match. It’s a big change, and the home no longer needs staining or repainting.

New Siding, Roof & Windows on a Ranch

A ranch-style home got new gray vinyl siding, a new roof and replacement windows together, finished off with white trim and a new patio door. Doing it all at once meant one crew on site and everything matching when we left.

Wind, Trees, and the March 2025 Storm

On the night of March 14, 2025, storm reports near Oakville included 1.75-inch hail about a mile east of town, along with wind damage and uprooted trees, and 1.50-inch hail two miles south that broke windows and damaged cars. That same night the EF-2 tornado that hit Arnold continued northeast and ended at Jefferson Barracks Veterans Hospital. New roofs have been going up across Oakville and Mehlville ever since.

Casey Exteriors has worked from our shop at 1366 Jeffco Blvd for over twenty-six years. We carry full liability and workers’ compensation coverage, and our own crews do the work. We’ll check the whole exterior, shingles, siding, gutters and windows, and tell you straight what the storm did and didn’t do.

Oakville Roofing Questions We Get Asked

Oakville is unincorporated, so roof permits go through the St. Louis County Department of Transportation and Public Works. A county permit is required for roof replacements, and siding and window rules can vary, so check with the county before any exterior job starts. We’re happy to help you work out what your project needs.

Yes, we do it on most storm jobs. We’ll meet your adjuster at the house, document the damage, and work with what the insurance approves.

Yes. We tear off the old wood siding, check the wall underneath, wrap the house and install new vinyl siding, trim and soffit. On homes with lots of trees nearby, vinyl is a lot easier to keep clean and doesn’t need staining or painting.

Absolutely, and many of our Oakville customers do. One crew, one schedule, and everything matches when we’re finished. We price each piece separately, so you can also do just one part now and the rest later.
