Serving Eureka and the I-44 Corridor

Roofing, Siding & Windows in Eureka, MO

Eureka got its name from railroad crews who found level ground here in the 1850s. Today it’s a wooded town along I-44 and the Meramec River, and our crews are already working in it.

Exterior Work Built for Eureka Homes

Eureka was platted in 1858 along the Pacific Railroad and became a city in 1954. A lot of its homes sit on lots full of mature trees, which means leaves in the gutters, shaded roofs that stay damp, and soffit and fascia that take a beating over the years.

Our recent Eureka project was a long brick ranch with an attached garage. We replaced the roof and installed new soffit, fascia and gutters in the same job, so the whole roofline was finished at once. We walk every house first and price each piece clearly before any work begins.

New Roof on a Brick Ranch

This brick ranch on a wooded Eureka lot got a full tear-off and a new roof, carried the full length of the house and over the attached garage.

New Soffit, Fascia & Gutters

Along the eaves we installed new soffit, fascia and gutters in a light almond color that sets off the red brick. New fascia means no more scraping and painting old wood trim.

Tear-Off and Install Day

Our crew used a boom truck to load shingles onto the roof and laid tarps across the yard to catch nails and debris. We clean up the yard and driveway before we leave.

Keeping Water Off a Eureka Home

Eureka has been through two major Meramec River floods in recent years, in December 2015 and again in 2017. Everyday rain matters too: when gutters clog or soffit and fascia rot, water ends up behind the siding and in the walls. That’s why we replaced the soffit, fascia and gutters along with the roof on the house in our project, so water has a clear path off the home.

Casey Exteriors has worked from our shop at 1366 Jeffco Blvd for over twenty-six years. We carry full liability and workers’ compensation coverage, and our own crews do the work. We meet your insurance adjuster on site when there’s a claim, and we’ll tell you honestly whether you need a repair or a replacement.

Eureka is its own city, so building permits go through the City of Eureka at City Hall, 100 City Hall Drive, 636-938-5233. Small repairs often don’t need one, but the rules for a full replacement depend on the job, so call the city before work starts. We’re happy to help you sort out what yours needs.

Yes, and on many homes it makes sense to. It’s one crew and one schedule, and the whole roofline matches when we’re done. We price each piece separately, so you can choose what to do now.

Yes, we do it on most storm jobs. We’ll meet your adjuster at the house, document the damage, and work with what the insurance approves.
